Charity Federation of LiuZhou city established on June 24, 1992 ,it is composed by the warm-hearted philanthropy social people、organization、enterprises and association and authorized by local government, this Charity Federation is a government agency with function of serving for all citizens in LiuZhou, it has legal registration and qualification in law. Committee of charity federation was changed on August 26, 2002., Mr Jiang chunji was voted to be the president of charity federation and Miss Liang liuzhu and another seven people was vice-chairmen. 

Objective of Charity Federation iof LiuZhou is: carrying on the humanitarianism spirit, developing all kind of charitable activity to help elder, young, students, sleepily, disability and so on, and serving for the social special difficult community, the weak trend community and the people in disaster area, melting social contradictory and reducing the government pressure.
